Pen Test training event of the year!

Welcome to Austin! On behalf of the 2020 SANS Pen Test Austin Event Committee, we are so excited to return to Texas and welcome new and repeat customers from all over the globe. We are living in such exciting times in the cybersecurity industry. This Pen Test Training Event of the year was created to leverage the wonderful collection of available courses offered, including the inaugural run of SEC699: Purple Team Tactics - Adversary Emulation for Breach Prevention & Detection! In addition, SANS Pen Test Austin offers some great bonus opportunities including our Night Out Kick Off Reception at SPIN Austin on Monday, April 27th. Finally, we’re not red teamers without three nights of CORE NetWars and a night of our most ambitious and in-depth offering, NetWars CyberCity! On behalf of the Event Committee, we’re looking forward to spending a week with you in Austin!

Stephen Sims | SANS Fellow & Penetration Testing Curriculum Lead

SANS Pen Test Austin is six days of in-depth, hands-on ethical hacking, penetration testing, and exploit development training for professionals who need to know how to find vulnerabilities within their organizations, understand risk, and prioritize resources based on potential real-world attacks.

Who Should Attend?

This event isn't just for penetration testers or Red Team members; it is for any information security professional who wants to understand the mindset, tools, and techniques used by those who intrude where they don't belong. If you like to break things, put them back together, find out how they work, and mimic the actions of real-world bad guys—all the while providing real business value to your organization—this event is for you!

What makes Pen Test Austin 2020 different from other events?

An Expansive Concentration of Pen Test Training – At no other event will you find this array of intensive pen testing courses across varying levels of experience and specialization.
