OUR COMMITMENT
As we welcome you back to our In-Person Training Events, the safety of you, our Customer, remains our greatest priority. We continue to monitor the situation around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and as it continues to evolve, we will adapt and do everything we can to ensure your training is safe.

We take great pride in working with hotel venues that maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Our venues have taken extreme measures, developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities, including the WHO and CDC, to make cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

Our commitment to you: to always make proactive decisions that are grounded in care, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. We are grateful for the trust you have shown us over the years and can't wait to welcome you back.

VENUE SAFETY MEASURES
Crowne Plaza have implemented new hygiene procedures above and beyond their standard protocols, as well as social distancing measures, in line with government and public health advice.

HG Way of Clean includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and guests can expect to see enhanced procedures, which may include: various ways to reduce contact throughout the hotel, social distancing measures within public spaces and procedures based on local authorities’ guidance and/or advice.

SANS Institute will not use a venue that does not pass the COVID19 secure meeting audit conducted by Healthcare Venues. The SANS COVID19 secure meeting audit, in partnership with the independent assessment solution by Healthcare Venues, assesses the capability of a venue across 80 touch points to host meetings that apply robust sanitisation, social distancing and protocols designed to protect meeting participants.

SANS Venue Safety Measures

SANS SAFETY MEASURES
As we prepare for a return to In-Person Training, SANS will announce safety and response measures 45 days in advance of the event. While we have taken extraordinary planning steps to be thoughtful and deliberate about our framework, fluidity remains with local ordinances. Our measures will be based on guidance from the Local government agencies and include:

  • Physical Distancing inside of Classrooms
  • Cleanliness
  • Reduced Contact

While In-Person Training may feel different from the last time you attended, together, we will adapt.
