PowerShell for Pentesters

With every new release of Microsoft Windows, new challenges and opportunities arise in Penetration Testing. PowerShell is THE official management tool from Microsoft. Since PowerShell is the proper way to manage Windows, a penetration tester must know how to attack it and to wield it. This talk will highlight some PowerShell tools and including nishang, Veil-PowerView, and the Magic Unicorn. We will demonstrate common pentest tasks, such as manipulating firewall rules and escalating privileges. We will even look at a few potential vulnerable PowerShell situations to exploit.
