This practical presentation will show state of the art techniques for the forensic acquisition and analysis of data from iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) and in particular:
- Physical acquisition
- Lock code cracking
- Lock code bypassing through synchronization certificates
- Logical acquisition through backup
- Stored password (email, WiFi, iCloud, etc.) recovery from keychain file
- iCloud backup recovery
- Backup analysis with opensource tools
