Cyber Security Training in London 2017

SANS London 2017 takes place 27th November - 2nd December, at the Grand Connaught Rooms.

  • Choose from 12 hands-on cyber security courses.
  • Prepare for: GISF, GSEC, GCIH, GCWN, GMON, GWAPT, GCFE, GCFA, GNFA and GICSP Certifications.
  • Take SANS Training in a classroom-like environment and under the supervision of a SANS Instructor.
  • The Grand Connaught Rooms are close to two Tube Stations, mainline train links and can be accessed from London's airports.

The following SANS Instructors will be teaching courses at SANS London 2017:

  • Keith Palmgren - Keith has over 30 years experience working in cyber security and runs his own consultancy practice. He holds 11 security certifications and is the course author of SEC301.
  • Bryce Galbraith - Bryce is currently the owner of Layered Security where he provides specialised vulnerability assessment and penetration testing services for clients. He teaches several of the SANS Institute's most popular courses and develops curriculum around current topics.
  • Michael Murr - Michael has been a forensic analyst with Code-X Technologies for over five years, has conducted numerous investigations and computer forensic examinations, and has performed specialised research and development.
  • Bryan Simon - Bryan Simon is an internationally recognised expert in cybersecurity and has been working in the information technology and security field since 1991.
  • Eric Conrad - SANS Senior Instructor Eric Conrad is the lead author of SANS MGT414: SANS Training Program for CISSP(R) Certification, and coauthor of both SANS SEC511: Continuous Monitoring and Security Operations and SANS SEC542: Web App Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking.
  • Dave Shackleford - Dave Shackleford - David co-authored SANS' first virtualisation security course and is a respected VMware vExpert.
  • Chris Pizor - Chris Pizor is a civilian employee working for the U.S. Air Force as the lead curriculum designer for cyber warfare operations training. Chris served on active duty in the USAF as a Network Intelligence Analyst before retiring in 2010. He was part of the initial cadre of the NSA Threat Operations Center and helped develop tactics to discover and eradicate intrusions into U.S. government systems.
  • Adrien de Beaupre - Adrien is a member of the SANS Internet Storm Centre and has worked with SANS since 2000. His expert experience includes technical instruction, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, intrusion detection, incident response and forensic analysis.
  • Rob Lee - Rob is currently the curriculum lead and author for digital forensic and incident response training at SANS in addition to owning his own firm. Rob has more than 18 years of experience in digital forensics, vulnerability and exploit discovery, intrusion detection/prevention, and incident response.
  • Jess Garcia - With 20 years of experience, Jess is an internationally recognised expert in the fields of digital forensics, incident response, and malware analysis.
  • Philip Hagen - Philip began his security career in the US Air Force Academy, has worked in IT security since 1998 and is FOR572's co-author.
  • Justin Searle - Justin is a Managing Partner of UtiliSec, specialising in Smart Grid security architecture design, and penetration testing. In addition to electric power industry conferences, Justin frequently presents at top international security conferences such as Black Hat, DEFCON, OWASP, Nullcon, and AusCERT.
