The current cyber security landscape presents a very diverse and chaotic picture of the threats facing industrial control system owners and operators. Attacks that cause physical damage or impact physical processes are no longer limited to theory or speculation. We've now seen several high-profile cases where malicious actors have successfully intruded, caused system damage, and impacted operations. Disruptive malware delivered through increasingly creative methods have found their way to plant floors encrypting critical files or in some cases wiping those files altogether. Our industrial control systems are as critical as ever and we need to be prepared to better defend them or face a turbulent future.

“This summit was extremely beneficial because it gives insight in to what challenges my peers are facing and how they are addressing them. It is a forum for sharing information and cultivating new ideas.” - Jeff Jones, Exelon Corporation

“The best in-depth coverage of ICS.” - Mike Smith, US DOE

“This Summit provides the resources necessary to evaluate and address ICS security in your organization.” - Richard Harkleroad, ORNL

The ICS Europe Summit takes place on June 24th 2019 in Munich and is followed by vital SANS ICS training courses. Maximise your learning experience by attending the Summit and then taking a SANS instructor-led course in a classroom environment.
