Special Event for Girls & Women in Tech presented in partnership with ISSA Women in Security SIG, Women's Society of Cyberjutsu, ISACA and WITI.
Goal - to bring together youth, non-profit, academia, for profit and government worlds for learning, connections, and awareness.
Plan now to have your group of Girl Scouts or students join us for this special event bringing together tomorrow's rising stars with today's Women of Technology in an interactive evening of activities for girls and stay for an evening of real-world talks with mentors and those working in cyber security today.
Agenda
4pm-5:30pm - Challenges (2 groups of 40 max students).
- Women's Society of Cyberjutsu student camp activity
- Ed Skoudis/Counterhack interactive crypto challenge
5-30pm-7pm - Women's CONNECT networking reception featuring Special Guest Speakers & tabletop expo highlighting regional groups working to support women in technology, security, and engineering
7:15pm-9:15pm SANS@Night talks (CPE eligible talks on a variety of topics facing Cyber professionals today. Note - Admittance to SANS Vendor Expo WILL be included with this special event pass.)

Bonus Sessions
The following bonus sessions are open to all paid attendees at no additional cost. There are many different types of events that fall into these categories:
- SANS@Night: Evening presentations given after day courses have ended. This category includes Keynotes.
- Special Events: SANS-hosted events and other non-technical recreational offerings. This category includes, but is not limited to, Receptions and Information Tables.
- Vendor: Events hosted by external vendor exhibitors.
- Lunch & Learn: Short presentations given during the lunch break.
- Master's Degree Presentation: Presentations given by SANS Technology Institute's Master's Degree candidates.
