Building a Forensically Capable Network Infrastructure

  • Nik Alleyne
  • Tuesday, October 9th, 7:00pm - 8:00pm

With cyber criminals raking in over US Dollar 600B in 2016 and 2017 being considered the worst year on record for cyber breaches, the mantra of it is not if but when you will be compromised remains true. Furthermore, with 2017 also being reported as the year with the highest number of records exposed 7.89B by hacking, it is quite evident that organizations have to ensure they are architecting their infrastructures, with a primary goal of achieving faster detection and thus quicker containment and hopefully quicker remediation. As a result, the goal of this talk is to review some of the items you must consider when building a forensically capable network infrastructure.
