Submissions must be made via our online survey form.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Continuous monitoring
• Log management and analysis
• Network security monitoring in an encrypted world
• Operationalizing endpoint detection
• Cloud security monitoring
• Zero trust and micro segmentation
• Threat hunting
• Intelligence-driven defense
• Best practices for setting up a defensive framework
• Blue Teams & IT Leadership

Proposed presentations should be case studies based on real-world experiences, lessons learned, and best practices, and should give attendees actionable advice they can implement immediately upon returning to their organizations. Presenters are encouraged to look at different perspectives.

  • All content must be strictly educational. Sessions are generally 30 minutes of content + 5 minutes of Q&A,

Who Should Submit

Diversity of thought is critical for successful intelligence analysis, and SANS Summits welcomes and encourages participation by everyone regardless of age, gender, culture, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender identification. Whatever your background, whoever you are, we encourage you to respond to the CFP. We provide mentoring to all speakers and welcome people who are newer to the field or who have not yet done any public speaking.

All speakers receive complimentary registration for the Summit for themselves and a guest. A continental breakfast and buffet lunch are included.

SANS does not cover travel expenses for speakers. However, we offer a limited number of need-based stipends for travel.
