SANS offers Vendor Partners a variety of Sponsorship opportunities.
Summit Suite Sponsorship
  • Evening Hospitality Suite sponsorship for attendees for three hours (approximately 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm) following the first full day of instruction. These have been very popular with vendors often having "themed events" to draw crowds.
  • Lunch & Learn sponsorship on either day of the standard two-day Summit providing Vendor with the opportunity to reach attendees with their message.
  • Announcements throughout the Summit classes promoting your suites and lunches to drive traffic to your events.
  • Two complimentary full-summit passes for recipient of your choice
  • Individual signage in hallway outside the Evening Hospitality Suite and Lunch and Learn
  • Listing and short description in the Onsite Program Guide that goes to all attendees
  • Tables for demonstrations and handouts during Summit breaks
  • An "In the Bag" attendee bag insert handed out to all attendees when they pick up their registration materials (cannot be larger than a coffee mug)
  • Link to your homepage on the SANS WhatWorks™ Summit Web site.
  • Fifty-word company listing on the WhatWorks™ Summit web page

Welcome Reception Sponsorship
  • Exclusive Welcome Reception Sponsorship for attendees for three hours approximately 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm during pre-registration the evening before the first full day of instruction.
  • Welcome Reception is positioned as close as possible to registration ensuring a high volume of traffic
  • One complimentary full-summit pass for recipient of your choice
  • Signage clearly reflecting Welcome Reception sponsorship
  • Listing and short description in the Onsite Program Guide provided to all attendees

Breakfast Sponsorship
  • Two Breakfast Sponsorships are available for the two days of the Summit
  • Breakfast Sponsorship is for attendees for one and one-half hours before the Summit begins each day - approximately 7:00 am to 8:30 am.
  • One complimentary full-summit pass for recipient of your choice
  • Breakfast Sponsorships are generally very well attended and offer exclusive access to attendees as there is only one Breakfast Sponsorship per day
  • Sponsorship includes tables for demonstrations and handouts right within the Breakfast areaŅopen for 90 minutes prior to start of first speaking sessions
  • Breakfast sponsor may place literature or giveaways on all the breakfast eating tables
  • Signage reflecting Breakfast Sponsorship
  • Listing and short description in the Onsite Program Guide provided to all attendees
  • Sponsorship includes tables for demonstrations and handouts during Summit breaks
