- System administrators, and to some degree, the users of a computer system should be educated on malware risks. Administrators need to develop a heightened sense of security and a constant vigilance over the threats and available patches released to mitigate those threats. The system administrator becomes the gatekeeper, watching for any vulnerabilities of the system. It becomes a never-ending quest to stay one step ahead of the bad guys.
