Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory had a very successful experience hosting SANS Security Essentials Track 1 on site. It was not only a tremendous savings in both time and travel expenses for our employees but we were able to entertain government employees from the other Department of Energy locations. Terms and conditions set out below represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. SANS Institute limits the provision of its educational services to employees of corporations, partnerships, and government organizations who are sponsored by their respective organizations. OnSite classes are not allowed to be resold for monetary value to the general public and will be cause for immediate termination of this agreement.

Group may cancel this contract without cause upon written notice to SANS at any time prior to the event upon payment of an amount based on the following scale:

Time Frame	Cost of Class
From Date of Signing to 10 Business Days Before Class	50%
Less Than 10 Business Days	100%

Once the contract is signed by the sponsor we book the instructor. Up to 90 days before if you need to change either the date or course a $1000 administrative fee will be charged to the sponsor if we are able to rebook the dates. If we cannot meet a mutual date for rebooking or less than 90 days before the class a 50% cancellation fee or full deposit will be charged to the sponsor.

The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible to hold class for either organization. In case of emergencies that prevent our scheduled instructor from teaching the SANS Institute will put together our best effort possible to find a last minute replacement. SANS does however reserve the right to postpone the course due to last minute emergencies in which case the client will receive a full refund of any fees paid in respect of the course.
