Dan O'Connor has been doing IT since 2001 in a variety of positions from helpdesk to systems administrator and senior information security analyst. He has experience in incident handling in extremely large and small environments. Design and building of custom made SIEM's, Snort signatures and coding in c and Perl. He currently holds a GIAC GCIH Gold, CISSP, C|EH, Security +, SCF (SABSA), VCP, RSA CSE, MCTS and XCE (XioTech SAN). Current he is working towards the GIAC GCFA certification after completing the SEC508 course. Recently in San Diego he place 3rd overall in the NetWars competition and was invited to participate in the US Cyber Security Challenge.
