Lorna Hutcheson

Lorna Hutcheson is a Director, SANS Course Content with SANS, and is also a volunteer incident handler for the SANS Internet Storm Center. Ms. Hutcheson graduated in 1993 from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. During five years of military service she was an Army Military Intelligence officer assigned to Fort Huachuca and was responsible for providing Intelligence and Electronic Warfare support. During this time, she also held positions as a System Administrator, Network Security Officer and Information Assurance Security Officer. Since 1998 she has served in various civilian information assurance positions that support the US military. Ms. Hutcheson is on the Board of Directors of DShield Inc. and currently holds several professional certifications including the CISSP-ISSMP, GREM and GIAC Gold for the following: GSEC, GCIA, GCFW, GCIH, and GCWN.
