SANS Amsterdam 2006 will be located at the Regardez Meeting Center Amsterdam Zuid (previously known as the Meeting Plaza Amsterdam) at the Amsterdam Olympic Stadium. The Stadium was the site for the 1928 Olympic Games and the administration space has now been converted into a modern conference centre. There are several restaurants to choose from at the Stadium for dinner after class and the Meeting Plaza promises to be an exciting and novel location for SANS' signature event to end 2006.

By Train: The RAI railway station is within 200 metres from the hotel. The train has a direct connection with Schiphol Airport, The Hague en Utrecht. From here you can go in all directions by all means of public transportation.

The Novotel Amsterdam is located on the corner of the Europaboulevard and the Boelelaan. To reach the Regardz Meeting Center Amsterdam Zuid (Meeting Plaza Amsterdam) Location there are three options:

  1. Walking - Take the Boelelaan for 1.24 miles until you reach a T-junction. Turn right onto the Amstelveenseweg and follow for half a mile. Turn left onto the Olympisch stadion (1928 Olympic Stadium) and walk clockwise around the stadium until you reach Entrance Number. 24-29 on the right side. There will be " Regardz" signage on the doors and windows. There will also be a SANS Institute sign outside the door.
  2. Metro - RAI metro station is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, take metro 50 (isolatorweg) to Amstelveenseweg metro station and walk (8 min) to Olympic stadion.
